Accessible places are not sold through the basket. Platform spaces are limited and allocated individually, and a personal assistant ticket has to be attached to the booking, so they are arranged with the venue's access team, and we make the introduction.
Write to hello@uklivetickets.com with the show and what you need: a platform space, a seat near an exit, a space for an assistance dog. We put you in touch with the venue's access team.
Every venue we work with provides a free ticket for a personal assistant. It is attached to your booking at the same time, not bought separately.
Accessible tickets cost what the equivalent standard ticket costs, booking fee included, and never more than the price shown on the event page.
We do not ask for proof of disability to book. Some venues run their own registration schemes; if one applies, the access team will say so when you get in touch.
