Refunds and cancellations

The short version: if the event does not happen as sold, you get your money back in full, fee included. If your own plans change, you do not.

What happens in each case

The event is cancelled

Full refund, booking fee included, to your original payment method. Nothing to claim.

The event is rescheduled

Your ticket carries over. If you cannot make the new date, ask within the window in the announcement email (at least 14 days) for a full refund.

The venue changes

Your ticket carries over, or a full refund if the new venue does not work for you.

The headline act changes

Full refund on request. You bought a ticket for that act.

A support act changes

No refund. Support acts and running times can change without notice.

Your plans changed

No refund: tickets for a dated event are outside the 14-day right to change your mind. A name change within your own party is free up to 72 hours before.

You are refused entry

No refund where the venue refuses you under its conditions of entry, for instance under age or without ID.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Email hello@oasislive.store with your booking reference. A cancelled show is refunded automatically within 14 days, booking fee included; anything else within 14 days of our agreeing it, to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights

Tickets for a dated event are outside the 14-day cooling-off period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), which is why changed plans are not refunded. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are untouched, and nothing in the terms of sale limits them. We can only refund orders placed with Oasis Live '27 Tickets.
