- Stevenage station is about three kilometres away, a walk of around fifty-five minutes on a lit path. Late trains to London King's Cross run for two hours after the show. Driving is not advised: expect long queues in and out.
- Access
- An open parkland site on grass, with a raised accessible viewing platform and a step-free route from the accessible entrance. Ground conditions depend on the weather. The venue has step free access and an accessible toilet. Assistance dogs are welcome.

Before you book
Does the price include the booking fee?
Yes. Every price on this site already includes the booking fee, so the figure you see on the event card is the figure you pay. The breakdown is shown underneath so you can see how it splits.
How will I get my tickets?
E-tickets arrive by email within a few minutes of booking, one barcode per person. Bring them on your phone, there is no need to print anything.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are refunded in full, booking fee included, if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or moved. If your own plans change they are not refundable: tickets for a dated event sit outside the usual 14-day right to change your mind. Name changes are free up to 72 hours before the show.
Can I resell my ticket?
No. Tickets are personal and resale is prohibited: a resold ticket is cancelled and the barcode will not scan at the door. The free name change up to 72 hours before the show is for a change within your own party, not a sale.
Why is there an identity check at payment?
Every ticket is validated against the buyer. At payment you go through a short identity check (KYC): have a photo ID ready, it takes a few minutes, and it is done once. The name checked is the name on the ticket.
