Oasis at Knebworth Park: the guide
Six nights in September 2027 in an open park in Hertfordshire. The promoter has set out the trains, coaches, campsite and accessible viewing; for the rest, here is what past Knebworth concerts asked of the crowd.
Where it is
Knebworth Park, Hertfordshire, reached straight off junction 7 of the A1(M), 29 miles north of London. Sat nav: SG1 2AX. It is a park, not a stadium: the ground is grass, uneven, and can be muddy or dusty.
By train
- The nearest station is Stevenage, about 2 miles away, with trains from London King's Cross about every 30 minutes.
- After every Oasis show: direct trains from Stevenage to King's Cross from 11.30pm to 1.30am, about 30 minutes, one way, capped at £10. Getting there is up to you.
- A lit, stewarded walking route leads from the site to Stevenage station: about 2 miles, 55 minutes on foot.
By coach
Return coaches run from more than 120 pick-up points across the UK, in three price zones, booked through Ticketmaster with your seat chosen in advance. Drop-off is a five minute walk from the arena, and after the show you have an hour to board, with food, bars and toilets kept open.
By car
The promoter is asking fans not to come by car: traffic is heavy before and after the show and long delays are expected. Parking will go on sale in the coming weeks. At past concerts the slip roads at junction 7 were closed.
Camping
Camping is an add-on for the Saturday shows only (11, 18 and 25 September). It covers the Friday and Saturday nights, opening on the Friday afternoon, and you leave on the Sunday morning. Bring Your Own Tent costs £60 per person, including two nights and car parking. The Campsite Village has its own entrance to the arena and entertainment on both nights.
What to bring
- Comfortable shoes or wellies, and something for the rain or the sun: the park is open to the weather.
- At past concerts: nothing bigger than a rucksack, no glass anywhere, no liquids over 100ml except a sealed bottle of water, folding chairs only up to a marked point, umbrellas lowered during the show.
Accessibility
- The largest accessible viewing platform yet built at Knebworth, reached by ramps and facing the stage. The promoter says further access options will be announced.
- Accessible places for the concerts are booked through us: see accessible booking.
