Oasis at the Etihad Stadium: the guide
Eleven nights in June 2027 in Manchester. How to get there, what to bring and how to get in.
Where it is
Etihad Stadium, Etihad Campus, Manchester M11 3FF, east of the city centre. Walking from Piccadilly station takes 25 to 35 minutes on a signposted, step-free route through Ancoats and New Islington.
By tram
- Etihad Campus tram stop is right outside the North Stand, on the Ashton line, 8 to 10 minutes from Piccadilly. Check live departures before you travel.
- The stop has ramps and lifts; every Metrolink stop is step free. Tap in and out with a contactless card.
- After events, Holt Town, Velopark and Clayton Hall stops close towards the city centre to manage the crowds, so go back from Etihad Campus.
- Free Metrolink park and ride at Ashton Moss, about 20 minutes by tram.
By train
- Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria are the main stations, then the tram or the walk.
- Ashburys is 5 minutes by train from Piccadilly and a 20 minute walk from the stadium. It has no step-free access to the platforms.
By bus or taxi
- Buses 216, 230 and 231 on Ashton New Road and 53 on Alan Turing Way stop about 2 minutes' walk away.
- Piccadilly and Victoria stations have taxi ranks. There are drop-off points for anyone with limited mobility.
By car
Official parking at the stadium is sold in advance only. The streets around the campus are in a strictly enforced residents' parking scheme, and the roads next to the stadium close for a while after an event. The tram is the easier way.
Bags and what not to bring
The stadium's standard rules, written for football, allow bags no bigger than A4, and every bag is checked with a handheld wand sweep at the door. The promoter may set a stricter rule for the concerts, so travel light.
- No outside food or drink, except for medical or religious needs agreed with the access team.
Getting in and food
Gates are expected to open at around 5pm for the Oasis shows. Have your ticket ready on your phone before the turnstile; photo ID may be asked for. Every kiosk inside is cashless, card or contactless only.
Collapsible chairs, crutches and other walking aids are not allowed in the standing area, and there are stairs down to the pitch. If you need one, book a seat.
Accessibility
- Raised wheelchair platforms at the back of all four stands, each with a companion seat.
- A Changing Places toilet on level 0 of the South Stand. Accessible toilets use a RADAR key.
- Up to 371 Blue Badge spaces, registered with the access team before booking.
- Accessible places for the concerts are booked through us: see accessible booking. The stadium's access team is at access@mancity.com.
