Your e-tickets
E-tickets arrive by email within a few minutes of booking, one barcode per person. Bring them on your phone, there is no need to print anything.
Nothing arrived? Check your spam folder and search for your booking reference, then email us from the address you booked with and we resend them.
Transfers and name changes
Tickets are personal and cannot be resold: a resold ticket is cancelled and its barcode will not scan at the door.
Changing the name to someone in your own party is free up to 72 hours before the show: email us with your booking reference.
Refunds
Tickets are refunded in full, booking fee included, if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or moved. If your own plans change they are not refundable: tickets for a dated event sit outside the usual 14-day right to change your mind. Name changes are free up to 72 hours before the show.
